1. Returns

We are committed to ensuring the best experience for our customers. However, due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted under specific conditions:

  • Skin Care Products & Open Razors: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds on opened skincare products, cosmetics, or razors.
  • Unopened Items: Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

If you wish to return an unopened product, please contact our Customer Service team at support@1virx.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the process.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds for Non-Skincare Products: If a return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
  • No Refunds on Skincare or Open Razors: For health and safety reasons, we are unable to offer refunds on any opened skincare products or razors.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@1virx.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will either arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund for the defective product, at no extra cost to you.

4. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product or size, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened skincare products or cosmetics
  • Opened razors
  • Gift cards or digital products

6. Shipping Fees

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving a damaged or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
